People ask me why I started coaching. The truth is, I’ve always been like this. I’ve always loved working with people. I’ve always trained. There was never one big life-changing event, just thousands of small decisions, reps and sweats.

I started gymnastics when I was 3. Body awareness, balance and discipline were normal long before I knew the word “fitness”. Movement has always been part of my wiring.

From Gymnastics to CrossFit

When I was 15, a CrossFit gym opened near my house, and my dad suggested I give it a try. I fell in love instantly with training hard, learning new skills, and chasing performance instead of simply “exercising”.

Leveling Up

At 18 I started Studying Exercise and Personal Training and started coaching CrossFit and Gymnastics. That’s where I realised I’m obsessed with seeing my clients in and outside the gym.

Online coaching at 19

Online Coaching

At 19 I started coaching clients online. It gave me a bigger canva. More data, more varibles, more touch points, more opportunity to build a systems that not only change people’s physiques, but their lives too.

New CrossFit gym at 20

New Gym, Same Mission

At 20 I started working at a new CrossFit gym while still coaching online. Different environment, same mission. Use the best stratgies to help people become healthier, stronger, fitter, and more confident.

Fully online at 21

Moving Online

At 21, I transitioned completely to online coaching. It allowed me to create real systems for my clients training, nutrition, feedback, and accountability all working together. I deliver my best to help all my clients become their best.

Now – 10 months fully online
